Great product, Fabulous Service.

When the Atom SQ arrived it was not working. I went to PreSonus support and they confirmed it was a faulty unit. When I let support know at SoundCreation, they were quick to reply and had me send the unit back and they paid the shipping. They tested it and discovered the same. It was replaced in a very timely manner. With a decline in customer support, it is great to see at least one company get it right. I highly would highly recommend SoundCreation to my friends and would happily purchase from Sound Creation again.
